Instant noodles drying helps promote product awareness goals for Master Kong at their plant.
The Problem
Master Kong is one of China’s leading instant noodles companies, with a portfolio of market leading brands, such as , beverages, baked goods and soft drinks ,at their Tianjin (Instant noodles) facility, two drying units had been installed on their main instant noodles line. These were not fulfilling their requirement of best practice manufacturing – the units weren’t effective, there was a recurrent problem of did not dry instant noodles causing line stoppages, lost production and product waste.
